Fields🔗
Fields not marked with * are displayed when clicking and expanding a candidate record.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Full name * | Candidate's full name. Concatenation of the fields Candidate.Given name and Candidate.Last name, or the name extracted from the resume. |
| Current job title * | The candidate´s last position title calculated from the work experiences mapped to Work Experiences.Job title and the experiences extracted from the resume. |
| Location * | Location of the candidate calculated based on the fields Candidate.City, Candidate.Postal code, Candidate.Region, Candidate.Country. If none of these fields are provided for a candidate, Textkernel attempts to use the address extracted from the candidate's CV as a fallback option. See Section "Location" for how the fields are used to identify the location. |
| Phone * | Mobile phone number of the candidate from the field Candidate.Mobile phone or as extracted from the resume. |
| Email * | Email address of the candidate from the field Candidate.Email or as extracted from the resume. |
| Candidate status * | The status of the candidate from the field Candidate.Candidate status. |
| Last Modified | The date of the most recent activity on the candidate (when the candidate was last synched to Textkernel Search! because of a change to the record). |
| Recent Positions | The recent roles held by the candidate in the last 4 years, calculated from the recent work experiences mapped to Work Experiences.Job title and the recent experiences extracted from the resume. |
| All Positions | All roles held by the candidate, calculated from all work experiences mapped to Work Experiences.Job title and all experiences extracted from the resume. |
| Work Field | The current work field of the candidate calculated based on the last job title/role of the candidate (field Current job title) and normalized to the Textkernel Professions Taxonomy. |
| All Employers | The name of the employers based on the work experiences mapped to Work Experiences.Organization and the experiences extracted from the resume. |
| Years of Experience | Total years of experience of the candidate, calculated based on the full work history of the candidate mapped to Work Experiences and the experience items extracted from the resume. |
| Education Level | Candidate's education level, calculated from the education history mapped to Educations.Degree name and the education items extracted from the resume. Education level values are based on Textkernel Education Level Classification. |
| Majors/Degrees | The list of majors/degrees in which the candidate graduated, calculated from the education history mapped to Educations.Degree name and the education items extracted from the resume. |
| Colleges/Universities | The list of education institutes, calculated from the education history mapped to Educations.Institute and the education items extracted from the resume. |
| IT Skills | Candidate's IT skills mapped to IT Skills.Skill and the skills extracted from the resume. |
| Language Skills | Candidate's language skills mapped to Language Skills.Skill and the skills extracted from the resume. |

| Comments | Comments or notes about the candidate, mapped to Comments. The field displays the comment note Comments.Note, the date the comment was added Comments.Date Added, the author of the comment Comments.Author and a possible action linked to the comment Comments.Action. |
| Contact List | The contact lists the candidate is linked to, mapped to Contact List.Name. The field displays the name of the list Contact List.Name. |
| Submissions | The list of job submissions of the candidate, mapped to Job Submissions. The field displays the job title Job Submissions.Job title linked to the job submission and the status of the submission Job Submissions.Job status. |
| Placements | The list of placements of the candidate, mapped to Placements. The field displays the position of the job Placements.Job title and the start and end date of the placement if available Placements.Start date and Placements.End date. |

| Facet | Description |

| Projects | Allows to filter only candidates that belong to a specific Search! project, which is a collections of interesting candidates records. |
| Location | Allows to search candidates within a radius given a city name or postal code. The location is calculated based on the fields Candidate.City, Candidate.Postal code, Candidate.Region, Candidate.Country. If none of these fields are provided for a candidate, Textkernel attempts to use the address extracted from the candidate's CV as a fallback option. See Section "Location" for how the fields are used to identify the location. |

| Candidate status | Allows to filter candidates by their status, based on the field Candidate.Candidate status. |
| Date available | Allows to filter candidates by their availability date, based on the field Candidate.Date available. |

| Language Skills | Allows to filter candidates by required language skills mapped to Language Skills.Skill or extracted from the resume. Furthermore, it is possible to filter by the knowledge level of a language, based on the field mapped to Language Skills.Skill level or the skill level extracted from the resume). |
