Grant Textkernel access to Salesforce org¶
When the Textkernel Support team investigates on a support case, it is useful to have access to the Salesforce org where the issue occurs. You can grant the Support team access to your org (for a limited amount of time) following these steps.
First, make sure you are logged in as a Salesforce Admin user. Then, go the user settings by clicking on the user icon in the top right corner and selecting Settings.
Then, select Grant Account Login Access in the menu on the left and grant access to Textkernel BV Support. You can grant access for different period of time, from 1 day to 1 month. Some investigations might take longer than others, so our advice is to grant access for the longest available period and, once the issue is resolved, you can revoke access.
Finally, please inform the Textkernel Support team that access has been granted so they can start the investigation.
