Authentication in TK Portal

In this section, we will cover how to integrate Textkernel's TK Portal with well known Identity Providers (IdPs), in order to establish a trust relationship and allow users to access Textkernel products with the same credentials that they already use in their organization.

TK Portal can only be accessed by means of Single Sign-On. We currently offer two industry standards for this purpose:

• Authentication with OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• Authentication with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)

Both identity protocols are designed to authenticate users, and provide a way to communicate the user's identity and their access privileges to be used to data segregation.
