  • When a query contains too many terms for an external source to handle, a part of the query is now automatically ignored (starting from the end of the keywords field). Instead of an error message, a warning now displays stating which part of the query has been ignored.

  • Fixed handling of required location in Indeed queries.

Removed

  • Removed international CareerBuilder CV databases (Jobmedic, Les Jeudis, Oil and Gas, Jobs.de, and all Careerbuilder countries except for US and Canada). These have been acquired by Kariera Group. Kariera currently does not offer a replacement API for Textkernel to integrate with.

  • Quotes are now automatically removed from boolean queries when a sources does not support phrase searches.
  • When converting multi-word search terms to boolean mode, those terms become a phrase encapsulated between quotes.
  • Improved searching by city on LinkedIn by automatically filtering on the country in the background. It is now also possible to manually filter by country without searching for a city on LinkedIn.

  • On the global search tab, the sources that were previously selected by the user are now remembered so that they don't need to be re-selected when starting a new search.
  • CV-Library: added a snippet of the CV in the candidate preview
  • Boolean queries are now auto-detected and boolean query mode is activated, unless only boolean OR operators are used
  • Increased the maximum distance for searching with a city to the maximum distance supported by each external source, with an upper limit of 250 mi / 400 km.
  • Match details tab allows to see how well a candidate fits to the skills in the query
